HOW DO I CLEAN MY GLASS BLUNT & GLASS MINI USING BLUNT DROPS?
Remove Glass from Insert
Pour Drops on brush included with Glass Blunt. Pour drops into Glass.
Use Brush to remove Resin in both Glass and Insert. Scrub back and forth until glass tube is clean (For Thick Resin, use an extra 2-drops)
To clean screw, pinch the paper towel or cloth with Blunt Drops applied around the base of the screw and twist away until clean. Use the unused portion of the paper towel for any additional cleanup.
To clean mouth piece, use poker included with Glass Blunt. Unclog airflow by inserting back and forth in rapid motion. (OG v2 & Swished: Remove mouthpiece from insert. Remove Air Filter and clean with warm cloth & Blunt Drops applied)
Run under hot water to remove all build up
Dry with towel.

To track your order please visit our courier's website here. Simply enter in your tracking number you received once your order was shipped to view the status of your order.

WRONG ITEMS:
Please do send us a picture of what was received with your invoice clearly visible and we can definitely exchange anywrongitems free of charge as long as the products are not opened or used. This includes the shrink wrap as well.
Once we receive the picture of theitemreceived and requested to be returned, we can complete the documentation process on our end and move forward with a free return label.
RETURNS:
We accept all unopened items within 30 days of order. This includes the shrink wrap being broken. We cannot accept opened items due to health concerns.
AFTER YOU'VE PURCHASED
When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct edition and color because we cannot modify your orders afterwards. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system and processed.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped 2-3 business days after processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 business days from the day you completed your payment.
Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been confirmed and another upon shipping and also one last one upon delivery. Your shipping confirmation will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Please make sure to inspect your item fully upon arrival.
An item may only be returned if the item is incorrect, or damaged. You will have 48 hours after receiving the item to open a return. You will be asked to send us photos of the item to ensure the return is a valid claim and that the item is still in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
What happens if the item I ordered runs out of stock?
In order to ensure prompt shipping times, if a product runs out of stock with a live order, a similar item will be substituted in place of. Items may be returned within 5 days of order without being opened with free return label complimentary of THE GBS.
